TERMS & CONDITIONS

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Jewellery will be accepted for an exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, packaging and all certificates.

Exchange or credit will be accepted subject to the item being returned in it’s original, unused, saleable condition.

Exchange or credit will not be given for special orders, discounted and altered merchandise. 

LAY-BUYS

Lay-buys are held for a period of three to six months. Should a lay-buy purchase be cancelled, the funds are transferred to an alternative purchase. 

QUOTATIONS

Written quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. 

CUSTOM MADE JEWELLERY AND ORDERS

A 50% deposit is payable upfront on all orders. The date of completion is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity and specifications of the order.

The Jewellery Design Store reserves the right to amend the quoted price should the order specifications change, additional work or materials be required, or any external factors affect the original quotation.

 REPAIRS

The Jewellery Design Store reserves the right to revise the repair quotation if additional faults or repairs are identified during the repair process.

The Jewellery Design Store reserves the right to return the item undone should the repair not be viable.
