Processing Time

* In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
* Custom-made jewellery is made to order and will be dispatched once completed. Estimated completion times will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Shipping

* We ship throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy.
* Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
* Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Collection

Orders may also be collected from either of our store locations once you have been notified that your order is ready:

* Pinelands – Howard Centre
* Bayside Mall – Table View

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. While we take every care in packaging your order securely, The Jewellery Design Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
